This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have a question about any of it, call us at

What We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill out a contact or estimate form, that typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the property address or area you are asking about, and whatever description of the work you provide. If you call, text, or email us directly, we have whatever you share in that conversation.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and you should not send it to us.
Why We Collect It
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide an estimate, perform work you hire us for, and stay in touch with you about that work. That is the whole purpose of it.
How We Store It
Inquiries submitted through this site are stored in the customer management system we use to keep track of leads, contacts, and jobs. Access is limited to Albetuck Land Development and the marketing provider that maintains this website on our behalf.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties with access are the service providers that operate this website and our customer management system on our behalf, and only for those purposes.
We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
Advertising
We advertise this business through Google. That means visits to this site may be associated with our advertising through Google’s own systems so we can understand which ads bring people to the site.
How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate records of work we have performed. If you want your information removed, contact us and we will take care of it, except where we are required to retain records.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call
(252) 435-4321 or email
[email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging work on property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
